Deposits:

A deposit will be required upon signing-up. Deposits must be received within 14 days of making your reservation. After the 14 days, names will be removed fro the Tour Reservation List, unless other arrangements have been made through Brazos Valley Travel. Deposit rates will vary from trip to trip depending on the overall price. Deposits will be 10% of the total cost or $10, whichever is the greater cost. Deposits are non-refundable. In case of an emergency, your deposit will be refunded by a credit voucher good for 12 months from thedate of cancellation.

Refunds:

You will receive a full refund, excluding deposit, after we receive your written notice of cancellation. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to departure.

If cancellation is made within two weeks of departure, a refund of the transportation portion of your trip will be refunded. Any refunded money for accommodations or entertainment will depend on the policies of the particular entity being dealt with on that specific trip.

Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to departure will result in no refund.
